If you book an investor call, our scheduling provider records the booking details you enter.
Like most websites, we also collect basic analytics automatically: the pages you visit, your approximate location, device and browser type, and the source that referred you. We use this to understand what’s useful and improve the site.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, full bank or account numbers, or dates of birth through this website. Sensitive documentation that underwriting eventually requires is handled later through a secure, separate channel — never through this site.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, and stay in touch about it. We do not sell your information. If your property is outside the states we serve (Texas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Oklahoma, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming), we’ll let you know quickly and point you elsewhere.
We rely on a small set of service providers to run the site and route inquiries to our team — including Google (for analytics, email, and the spreadsheet that receives inquiries), our hosting provider, our calendar scheduling tool, and, where enabled, a call-tracking provider. They process this information on our behalf, not for their own marketing.
We use analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
